TL;DR I don't have a lot of nitpicks about what you do with my designs. I just expect myself and my work to be respected or I won't take any more commissions from you.- You may resell, retrade, regift, etc, characters I made for you for the original price paid + price of artwork added (including your own)- No Promotion of Hate or harassment of any kind. (Anti-LGBTQ, Antisemitism, etc)- I don't mind if you:

Change anythingAs long as I'm credited for the original design and artwork.- Don't add extra rules to my designs. I won't enforce them if it comes up.- Breedings are perfectly okay as long as the kiddos aren't a direct ripoff of my design, and they aren't being abused for profit.
Are you a part of a Species or ARPG Community?If I made you a design, as long as it's in alignment with the rules of the community, you may transfer my designs, unless those communities promote things that're against my T.o.S (I.E. Promoting hateful and harmful messages)In, out, left, right, up, down, I don't care. This is widespread permission to transfer my designs into or outside of whatever species or community you like. Use your best judgement as to if the community you transfer designs into is compatible with my T.o.S.I do reserve the right to blacklist you from future commissions if I think you have maliciously transferred my design(s) into a species that violates my T.o.S.

- When commissioning me for art, you may add the value of the art I've done in USD to your character whether or not you paid for my art in USD or not. Unless this contradicts with the T.o.S. for a community or species. (I.E. If a species says art trades don't count in valuation of your character then there's nothing I can do about that. See bottom for more examples.)- I can deny a commission for any reason and refuse service as neccessary. Including but not limited to violation of my rules/T.o.S or a character being too complex for me to draw.- I will fix errors within reason. I may fix minor errors after coloring is complete. Most if not all errors should be fixed before the coloring stage begins.- I will update you as I see fit. (Most often during sketch and lineart phases, then after coloring is complete) You may contact me for an update 1 week (7 days) after I accept the commission or after your last update. Sometimes I do forget about things, so gentle reminders are super appreciated. (Feel free to also contact me any time with updates of your own/things you forgot or may want to add about the commission, etc)- I reserve the right to use all art I've made as examples and portfolio purposes. I will never resell already sold adoptables or art of characters I do not own.- Do not use my work commercially without my explicit consent. Check in with me first. If you want to use my work commercially I'd prefer if that was laid out beforehand. This also applies to character designs.- If you cannot follow my T.o.S, please don't commission me! I will never try to revoke artwork or character designs for any reason, but I can and will blacklist people who ignore, try to loophole, or disrespect my terms and my work.- Do not buy for people I have blacklisted. If I find out you've traded a design of mine to somebody I have blacklisted, you'll likely be blacklisted as well.I'm a reasonable person, if it's a legitimate accident then things can be talked through, I just don't want to associate with problematic individuals.
